Good contact for problems arising

It took me over 30 mins to get my contract changed to a sim only. Not diffucult I would thnk. I also wanted it to change when my contract ran out on 22nd November. I was left quite confused as I thought I was running 2 contracts. As a result of a previous review, I had a phonecall the following day clearly explaining the change in contract. This made good sense and left me much happier with the service. I am left pleased with the responeI have had.

I live in a small town that id thinks has 5g, it doesn't, the phone signal is dependent on WiFi in the house, heaven help me if I'm out! Download speed, when there is any averages 1.2mbs but upload is too slow to register. Unless you live in a currys store avoid!
