The person I spoke to wasn’t aware of ID Mobile functions .I requested an eSIM to connect a newly purchased Apple cellular watch to ID . She advised me to go back to the shop and ask them !I was disappointed to learn from Apple that ID mobile do not have this eSIM service. This means to connect my watch to a cellular service I have to find a new network provider, unacceptable.
