Failure to supply a service

I am pleased with the roaming feature. However before a recent holiday I purchased an add-on for Turkey for £35.On reaching Turkey I found this didn't work.In order to reassure my autistic son I telephoned him from Turkey.As the product is owned by Curry's I visited the local shop. On of the assistants rang the help line and at the second attempt got some help.It was agreed to refund me the £35 but claimed as a made a call costing about £9 that would stand.This insistence on my paying for this shows a lack of understanding of customer relations. Idmobile failed to supply a paid for service and as such should have compensated me by refunding the charge for my call.My contract ends tomorrow so I will be exploring alternative suppliers
