Not friendly to iPhone 10s or lower

I find the data offer on ID particularly lower than SMARTY & many of your other competitors. Also, you removed my access from my ID app when you decided to restrict usage to IOS 17 or above. I went 3 months with any ability to check usage or contact you as a result.

Good price. Good service. Convenient online billing. Able to access roaming in Europe within your own data allowance. Although this is capped, it is a lot more than I need.
