Great Mobile Phone company. I was sceptical as it piggybacks off of Three’s network. But I have to say I have zero regrets. Great signal and speed, no billing or service issues AND an absolutely fantastic and truly outstanding package for what must be the lowest price imaginable. I cannot write a more positive review.
Great experience with a sales advisor called Kyle, help me all the way through from what i wanted to deals available on the phone i was looking at for my daughter for Christmas.very patient and very helpful .great deal on a great present for my daughter.
Switched from VOXI to ID as they had an iPhone 17 deal which was really good. Honestly wish I never bothered. In central London over the weekend and I didn’t even get signal. Just sat on my sofa at home trying to call someone - unable to make the call because no signal. INever had an issue this bad on any other network. And now I’m tied in for 2 years. Going to have to make sure everywhere I go has wifi…..
