Rather difficult to get connected, would have helped to get clearer instructions and process when switching and keeping my mobile number. Sometimes important email arrived after the event.Since getting connected, OK so far about one month.

My GF bought a SIM card from these clowns. We tried to switch her number over but the ID mobile website keeps reporting an error. We tried to contact the Live Chat - made it through the idiotic AI Chat Bot only to be left hanging with no customer service agent in sight. Absolute rubbish company.
