Terrible experience with the service and support.

This has been a frustrating experience with the service and their customer support. I opted for this company after another provider raised their prices. I received my PAC code and signed a contract, but they couldn't transfer my number, which I've had for 25 years, until my previous contract ended. I asked them to expedite the process, but the PAC code didn't work. I contacted the previous provider for help, but they were unsuccessful twice. Eventually, I received a tempting offer to stay with them and canceled my contract within the cooling-off period. However, this company not only continued with the contract but also took my old number and is charging me for a contract they admitted they failed to cancel. They are a terrible organization and should be looked into by the relevant authorities. Additionally, I requested the PAC code for my old number, which they ported without my consent, and once again, they failed. This is an awful service.

Issues since joining

Since joining on May 31, 2024, I agreed to a maximum annual fee increase of 3%, yet they have raised my fees by over 15% sporadically. When I tried to discuss this with their team, my request to speak with a manager was ignored. I’ve received no follow-up and have spent hours with a chatbot without any information. Other former customers have reported similar experiences, leading them to terminate their contracts early due to unexplained fee hikes with no responses or refunds. AVOID. SCAMMERS.

Disappointing sales interaction

Just finished a chat with the sales team, inquiring if they could offer me a better upgrade deal than what’s in my profile - they said yes. I wasted an hour only to be given the exact same deals listed in my profile - completely unprofessional.

Unable to make calls!

I can't make calls from my phone. A recorded message indicates I've reached my call limit and to contact the service. I reported it online with no response. There’s no one to speak to. I spent a long time chatting with a bot and was told the service would address my issue by Tuesday, with a complaints team member reaching out by next Thursday. This company is frustrating.
