Good price. now have 5G if not on WiFi most of time, keep you informed when bill is due.were helpful when I didn’t receive 1st SIM card, wasn’t a problem to send another, once you spoke to a caller.

From good to bad 😢

For a long time ID Mobile was excellent, with great connectivity at a cheap price. Now, however, mobile signal is extremely poor and one of my kids has already migrated to an alternative provider. We’ll all be doing this too if things don’t improve. Also, the ID mobile app is impossible to access.

Stingy on the upgrade

Was initially going to change network provider as an upgrade was costing me £10 per month more than if I was changing network. But I spoke to Hannah and she managed to get me a deal I was happy with.
