After having an ongoing communication with the customer support representative, I have updated my original review to 5 stars. My experience with CeX/Webuy has significantly improved.The original review: Some web orders are delivered without original cables and accessories. Web order : 1107995Mophie pro XL 25000mAh - delivered without cable. Garmin Dash Cam - no cables, mounts or car car charger.

Good condition means poor.

I bought headset described as B (good condition). That’s way overrated. The item arrived at the edge of fair/poor.I was expecting sign of use but what I received wasn’t expected.

dont double chargw for postage.

service is great, but if im buying two games , do you have to charge 3.50 for each. making it 7 euro for postage.

Fairly straight-forward process online…

Fairly straight-forward process online and in shop. A good deal for tech that was justing sitting around doing nothing. The rating system could be clearer as the 'working' rating doesn't mention anything about screen quality or cracks - 1 of my items was rejected due to a screen crack. Hence the 4 stars and not 5.
