Ordered Router which was delivered with a faulty cable CEX shop in Omni did not have any replacement cable They are going to try and contact warehouse to have one delivered but unable to let me know if cable in stock and when I will get delivery of same
Review of CeX IrelandUnfortunately, my experience at the Dundalk store was extremely disappointing. As a foreigner, I felt clearly unwelcome and even discriminated against. The Irish staff showed no professionalism or basic courtesy – avoiding eye contact, giving one-word answers, and behaving in a cold, dismissive manner. In contrast, they were cheerful and friendly with local customers.There was no added value in the service, and I left the store feeling disrespected. I’m seriously considering creating a video in English, Italian, and Spanish to highlight this kind of treatment. Next time, I may record my visit to show what customers actually experience.Based on this visit, I will likely avoid shopping at CeX in the future.
I've just recently purchased a Sony Bluetooth speaker, it looked good,I was happy with delivery, happy with the price I paid.Connected the speaker to my phone smoothly and then the Bluetooth device kept disconnecting, it's making a dreadful sound and I can no longer use it..
