Items traded in were not given the website price,eg 2.00 trade in voucher for a dvd and I received 10 cents. This happened multiple times. I'm not going back to the store to argue a few euro but this shouldn't happen. I've checked the website and I was correct. I wouldn't have traded items for 10 cent. UPDATE: Happy to say human error was a factor here, the wrong version/year of a DVD was input by hand rather than the version of the DVD I submitted for trade. Happy with the response I received from CEX online care and the staff instore. CEX provided an E-voucher to the value of the incorrectly traded DVDs. Very satisfactory customer service from Ramson at CEX online customer service.
