I bought a ps5 controller in the cex store in letterkenny donegal. This was a 2nd controller for when friends come over. The first time I used the controller was a week after I got it because I didn’t need it till then. As soon as I plug it in the left stick starts drifting everywhere (first time I’m using it btw) so I go back to the store to explain what happened that they sold me a broken controller and they didn’t do anything about it. It was also the same worker that sold me the controller that I went to. The problem with have isn’t with the fact that they didn’t give me a new controller or my money back because I didn’t have a receipt the problem is the fact that they sold me a broken product in the first place. Like this controller was really bugging out. It would’ve been very hard to use.
My order was cancelled and no customer service to help multiple issues , Xbox on arrival was filthy dirty which was NOT in the description and would expect them to arrive clean after the refurbishing process.Also, Cex never seems to deliver to address for click and collect when that option is selected , it is always cancelled instead.
