Review Time
I've bought online from Cex, twice in the last 6 months, both times I've been very satisfied with my purchase. The item was fairly priced, as described, well packaged and delivered quickly. Buying used items online, can be fraught with problems, but Cex make it very straightforward and easy. I'd highly recommended their online service.
I upgraded my apple computer, as we all know apple accessories are expensive, yet I wanted a good quality keyboard and web cam but couldn’t justify the high end prices for a device that would be used just occasionally, that’s where CEX filled the gap , got good quality slightly used ( though you would never know) accessories for a fraction of the cost , can’t recommend enough !
When I bought my fist set of apple headphones i thought they were faulty and took them into Camden street. Absolutely no problem, I showed my proof of purchase and they checked them out. Small issue fixed on the spot and they reminded me they are guaranteed for 5 years. Brilliant service backup and support
The product was great and have no issues about that. My issues were from the delivery, the item was sent through an post and even though I ordered it with enough time before the bank holiday. It took an post a long time to deliver it, I would have preferred a different postal service. The tracking information did not populate for a number of days which was frustrating.
My grandson is autistic and he's into movie's at the moment so it's great value for money.and the quality is usually very good.But this time I bought Alvin and the chipmunks and the quality was very bad it kept freezing impossible to watch.but all the other ones were perfect.I said this to the lady in our local store in the parkway store and she suggested I bring it into the store and she would clean it or replace it's.Very helpful lady.You could not pass this store for price Very good.and customer service.
Cex would not exist without the great staff that are behind the whole thing! My issue with a game disc was resolved with such care and attention that other companies fail to achieve. Other businesses should take note of how Cex resolves issues. Kindness is everything and Cex have it in their heart to resolve things. Thank you.
