Shocking customer service. Bought a kid’s Xplora watch online and when it arrived I realised it hadn’t been cleared so I had access to the previous child’s photos and messages and we didn’t have access to set it up ourselves. When I brought it back to the shop (Omni) to return it there was zero apology or recognition of the hassle for me, considering I was now back at square one (there wasn’t an option to clear it and get it back to me), not to mention how inappropriate it was that I could see a child’s photos etc. Even when I said I had expected an apology his answer was ‘okay’. I won’t be back.
I have been ordering off CEX for ages. Both online and instore.I bought the batman trilogy off the athlone store last week. They gave me incorrect discs. When I contacted them explaining I live over an hour away I was told I would have to drive all the way back to get it sorted. I can't do that so they stuck me with discs that I can't use when the whole thing was their fault from the start. I dont have much money and the batman trilogy blu ray set was to be a treat for myselfThat i cant enjoy now.Absolutely disgusted.15 quid down the drain
