Empty box

I bought an Apple Watch strap mint grade A. Box arrived empty. Whoever packaged my purchase didn’t bothered to check the contents of the box before shipping. I contacted CEX via Facebook messenger. They contacted the store but they couldn’t find the strap. I returned the box to my nearest CEX for a refund. This is the third time I’ve had an issue with purchasing from CEX via online.
