Faulty games

The 2 games I bought were clearly not tested but you had no issue selling them. Maybe you should have specified that the game were not tested.My child was so excited to play the game and you can only imagine her disappointment when it didn't work.

Pro Controller.

Ordered an pro controller for my switch from them and came a few days later, turns out the pro controller after 20 minutes refuses to let me control me character or attack in game then it starts working then it refuses my inputs again. I can't update the controller either.

Bought a 2tb hdd

Bought a 2tb hdd, presumed it was a 2.5 inch, but it was a 3.5, looked back at the ad and it didnt say it was either. My fault for not looking properly but the ad should have said it was 3.5
