I found the staff in-store to be honest, knowledgeable and prompt in their service and assistance. When an item I purchased stopped working the next day, they refunded me and I purchased an alternative which is without fault. I had a few difficulties activating my online account and the online customer service responded to my emails and kept in contact until the issue was resolved.
I Ordered an Astro A50 headset. To be fair very old from 2019. But i was only provided with half of its required cables and had to go into a store to get what i needed. Other than that the product had many issues that i dont understand how it got cleared. The microphone simply didnt hear half of the audio being spoken and the bluetooth barely worked
