In 5 years the product will worth nothing, if you are lucky the item lasts that long, taking in consideration they sell used ones. So no warranty and plenty of risks when buying from them. Staff not very knowledgeable, wrong items sent on may occasions and not tested properly.
The game I bought online was in very good condition although it came with the wrong disk, I got it refunded with no issues in store and ordered the sasme game again and it was the right disk and in mint condition. I ordered it online and it arrived the very next day. Very pleased with the quick delivery and the customer service available.
