A complete fraud and scamsters

A complete fraud and scamsters. They are hiring the drivers with no verifications, you can't connect, you can't rate, you can't mention your experience in reviews anywhere if the driver has done fraud taking advance money online in the name of cab confirmation, before your ride has even started. How can you run a company with no features available, no payment guarantee, enabling drivers doing frauds, taking payments directly, then they have no show, and while connecting their support they are clueless with no refunds and no links to share to write about the driver cautioning other prospecting customers should not fall in their trap. A new fraud with probably commision structure, on such a large scale. They don't have GPS too on the ride, think about how much the driver and the ride may go wrong trusting these nasty people who are running a company catching us as preys offering lower rates. DONT FALL IN SUCH SCARY FUNCTIONING OF IN DRIVE THINKING TO HAVE LOWER RATES.

Unjust Device Ban Without Explanation – No Transparency from SupportI have been a loyal user of inDrive and have always followed their terms and conditions. However, I was shocked to find that not only was my account banned, but my entire device was blocked from using the app – without any clear reason or explanation.I reached out to their support team multiple times, only to receive the same automated message saying the ban was permanent and couldn’t be lifted "for security reasons." No details, no warnings, and no chance to understand what I allegedly did wrong.This kind of treatment shows a lack of transparency and accountability, and it’s extremely disappointing for a global company to treat users this way. I asked for evidence or a specific reason and received nothing.If you're considering using inDrive, be aware that your device could be banned at any time, even if you didn’t break any rules – and you won’t be told why.I hope inDrive improves its customer service and offers real support instead of copy-paste responses.

Indrive is getting worst day by day

Indrive is getting worst day by day, I noticed it before Yango we used to get the better and flexible fares, now these days the drivers have registered theirselves in Yango too, so they compare the prices from there before pickup and only pick up either on similar or higher than yango price.It’s been long I have been using Yango since Indrive is no more better.

This app is TRASH and FRAUD, everyone should AVOID this app.

One of the worst app I've used in my entire life. I downloaded this app with an intention to have an alternative of GRAB or GoJek, but, the e-wallet used for this app (in Indonesia) is a fraud, after you top-up an amount of money, the balance is not updated, and when you download the app, set up a lockscreen pin, and after that you can't use the app anymore somehow because your lockscreen pin is invalid (although it is the same lockscreen pin that I set up). More than that, the driver unilaterally changes the price (to the extend that its too pricy for me, therefore I didn't agree with the price), but the driver said that this is automatically set by the app, and I can't do anything in the app to change the price but to pay a price I didn't agree.In short, this app is TRASH and FRAUD, and everyone should AVOID this app.

I paid $20 in cash to a driver in… Driver didn’t return my cash change in Panama

I paid $20 in cash to a driver in Panama City for a ride that cost only $7.80. The driver (Eilin Sugey, Gray Hyundai Atos EB7575) didn’t return my $12.20 change and quickly drove away. I contacted support via the app and email but got no response. Please help me get my money back.
