Item was delivered in a reasonable amount of time with no issues. Lots of free goodies came with it. The quality of the product is really good. Unsure about customer service quality because I haven't had a reason to contact them, unless something goes wrong with the product in the near future, which I don't anticipate. I look forward to using this product to help start my weight loss.
We bought one at Infinity Hoop, half of the order came quickly. But the rest did not come, despite many inquiries to customer service. Got a case number on the email to customer service, despite repeated inquiries got a response sometimes.
