I have not stopped receiving compliments for my dress. Everyone loves it. I was worried about the fit but the fabric had some stretch so it was perfect. Quick delivery time. This brand has so many nice styles. I want everything from this store
Absolute horrible customer experience, and only a mediocre product. I ordered a jumpsuit from them on Oct 3rd and it arrived on Nov 3rd - one full month later. At that point I was in business travel and didn’t arrive home until after it had been delivered. I immediately tried it on and although I ordered the smallest size they offered, I realized the item swallowed me whole and the finishing on the top of the jumpsuit didn’t even line up, so I attempted to return the item. Because I was now outside of their 7-day return request window (by 6 days), they would not allow a return. They offered a few partial credit options, including getting it altered on my dime or gifting it to a friend and giving me a credit at 60% of the value for another poor quality item from them. Let me get this straight - you can take 30 days to get it to me but I only have 7 to decide if I want to keep it? And for goodness sakes if you have a life, you have no idea when their item will arrive, you travel somewhat frequently, and happen to not be home to immediately try on their item within their schedule and make an immediate decision, it will be yours forever. So, unless you want to keep an item sight and fit unseen and put it in your closet a month after ordering it, I would not recommend doing business with this company.
I had a great experience with Innovare Denim.The quality of the clothing is impressive — well-crafted, structured and exactly as shown on their website.The communication with the team was fast, polite and very professional.Everything arrived on time, well packaged, and the whole process was smooth and easy.I would be happy to collaborate with them again.
Definitely a SCAM! I ordered from Innovare Denim and never received my item. The tracking number they provided did not correspond to any legitimate carrier. When I reached out for help, they repeatedly redirected me to a company called SpeedX, which uses an AI chatbot instead of real customer service. The chatbot could not provide any actual updates, delivery information, or proof that my package existed.I asked the company multiple times for a refund or a reshipment with valid tracking, but they only sent vague responses and screenshots of automated messages. Weeks later, I still have no product, no real tracking, and no resolution.I’ve since reported the issue to my credit card company for a refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from Innovare Denim.
This brand only caters to tiny bodies. Even ordering an XL will not fit a standard UK 12. They also grossly mislead on the site as you are ordering stating 'easy returns' knowing full well this is the opposite of the truth. No stand returns process and no refunds are sent. This means after learning that they only cater to skinny women, I will be forced to order more clothes that will never fit me or forfeit the money entirely.Such a scam
