I ordered from innovare denim the past month and it took literally a whole month to receive it and the quality is SUPER CHEAP and when i requested a refund/return they offered only to exchange and the return charges will be on me. NEVER AGAIN
I purchased a jacket Oct 27 for this website. Today is December 4th! If I can help anyone out, do NOT order from this company and here’s several reasons why. Number 1: you will never receive your package. Number 2: they do not use credible shipping companies like UPS FedEx, United States Postal Service. They use third-party very incompetent very scamming shipping companies who will never deliver your package and who will never respond to your query.Number 3: when you reach out to customer service, they’re going to give you an option to only give you a partial refund thankfully, I don’t play those games and I went directly through my credit card company and disputed the charge. They then responded to me and said that they were refunding me my money after they got the notification of the dispute from my credit card company. Number 4: not only is this company not remorseful for their poor shipping company partnership they have poor customer service themselves and they take days if not weeks to respond to your inquiries. Save yourself a headache and order from somewhere else
I recently purchased a stunning dress from Innovaredenim, and I’m absolutely in love with it! Before that, I had already tried their jeans — and both pieces exceeded all my expectations. The quality is amazing, the fit is perfect, and I’ve received so many compliments every time I wore them. This brand really knows how to make you feel special! I found this website recently and was pleased surprised by its selections. I ordered the Borja Asymmetric Split Maxi Dress In Black. It’s exactly as pictured, made of a silky knit fabric. I wore it to a pre wedding party and got so many compliments. The sizing was true to size and I will definitely be ordering again.
I placed an order on 30 September 2025 for 2 black dresses, delivery to the UK (not pre order) and I’m still waiting for them to be delivered.I have contacted them twice now re ‘where is my order?’ And have only received AI automated replies containing no useful or helpful information. There is no contact telephone number and clearly no human replying to customer enquiries whatsoever!! How on earth are you supposed to find out where your order is or gain a refund?? Extremely poor customer service! Honestly never experienced such an inadequate retail experience. Innovare Denim where is my order? Fearne Morley
