I placed an order on 30 September 2025 for 2 black dresses, delivery to the UK (not pre order) and I’m still waiting for them to be delivered.I have contacted them twice now re ‘where is my order?’ And have only received AI automated replies containing no useful or helpful information. There is no contact telephone number and clearly no human replying to customer enquiries whatsoever!! How on earth are you supposed to find out where your order is or gain a refund?? Really disappointed with this company. I received the item & they didn’t fit. I ordered a pair of pants. The quality is also not on par with the prices they are charging. The return policy is EXTREME. You only have 7 days to reach out for a return. I had extenuating circumstances going on in mylife & they still will only give me a 75% gift card. I also reached out within less than two weeks, but they still will not give me my money back. Beware if you’re going to order from here. Update: you also have to pay for your own return shipping & can only receive a gift card as a refund.
