Sizing: WAY too small.I usually wear a size S, ordered an M just to be safe... and guess what? I couldn’t even get it over my hips! On top of that! it’s ridiculously short. The hip width of the dress is literally the size of my sunglasses (not exaggerating: I even sent a photo as proof to get my refund, lol).Quality: Terrible.It’s extremely poor quality and ships straight from China, even though that’s not mentioned anywhere. Honestly, it’s worse than TEMU and SHEIN combined smh! pure AliExpress quality for 50x the price. Totally see-through, too.Please, do yourself a favor and don’t waste your hard-earned money here. never again!
Worst experience ever!! I bought a dress for my civil wedding, which was supposed to be delivered on September the 25th. After waiting for a couple of weeks I asked my freight forwarder about the tracking and they realized I haven’t received it because it was delivered to another address. I tried contacting InnovareDenim so many times, and still have no response of what are they willing to do in that case. I reached the delivery company, named Caniao Logistics, they said that the person delivered my package to a wrong address by mistake and that they would help me. It’s been the 4th time I reach them, also today, I’ve been told they were going to send me an e-mail with a solution and still haven’t gotten it.Neither InnovareDenim nor Caniao have helped me out, I truly don’t recommend to buy from them. So sad because they have such beautiful pieces, but the whole experience has been a nightmare and now I have nothing to wear on my special day.
I liked their clothing and decided to buy a pair of jeans. Their delivery service is not good for the business as CNE express (China Post) was not showing any updates on my parcel after 5 days, the destination box was empty, and the status shows 'unknown', so I started doubting the genuineness of the seller. Sending emails to their customer service only increased the doubts because I was getting automated responses, no people behind the service, and reading some of the bad reviews online was not helping. However, my faith in humanity has been restored :) as the parcel arrived 2 days before the expected date and I have to say that the jeans are Amazing! The material and stitching are of fine quality, true to size, and colours look even better than in the website picture. They also had the detail to add an aromatic patch to the packing bag! I loved it, Innovare Denim just won a new customer!! I recommend this fashion label. Please Innovare Denim solve the communication breach and keep up the good work!! you've made my day!
I am absolutely in love with this brand, their designs are unique and modern, the fabric is on another level, and whenever I want something new and innovative I find it with them, and something very important is that they have excellent customer service!!!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is nothing but scammers. If I have to read “we want to make it right” one more time, I’ll be sick—because that is exactly what they are not doing. I asked a simple question: when will my order arrive? Instead of answering, they keep repeating “when it becomes available,” without giving any real timeframe. It didn’t take them long at all to take my money, but apparently giving a straight answer is impossible.
The quality was terrible for the amount of money I paid.One of the dresses came in a completely different color than advertised. Another one was extremely short and made of very cheap polyester, even though it was shown as a long dress in the pictures.All four dresses looked and felt extremely cheap, even though I paid €225 for them.On the box, it said they were shipped from China, and the listed prices showed that the dresses cost between $3 and $12 each a total value of only $25.79.I also had serious issues with the shipping I only received the products after sending several threatening emails, even though the delivery time had already passed.
