Review Time
After receiving the ordered item, I wanted to return it and that was not possible for refund according to Innovare. I left a negative review and was then contact by customer support team to resolve my dissatisfaction. An offer was made to me and I needed some time to consider. When I decided to accept, the customer support completely ignored the offer and their response was "We accept Returns for Gift Card or Exchanges within 7 business days from the date of delivery." Innovare provides low quality products, their returns policy is rigid without the possibility of refund, and their business model is a scam. I do not recommend spending your money with Innovare.
The dress quality is fine. It's too small so I wanted to return it. Yes, it's my fault I didn't read the return policy. As an Austalian, don't buy from this company. They have made the return, exchange process really really difficut and expensive with added costs over the postage. It's just not worth it, which I fee they have made deliberate. I'll just sell it here on a site instead.
I purchased the Bobby Strapless Asymmetric Maxi Dress for my cousins wedding and it was everything! The quality was amazing the fit was just perfect and I was also happy about the speedy delivery. The dress was a hit everyone kept saying I look great, can’t wait for my next purchase. 5 stars all the way!!!
The clothes are not as described, they are fake copies of the original pictures that have been taken from websites such as ‘revolve’ And they don’t offer refunds only exchanges. I will be proceeding with trading standards to get my refund as this is illegal when the clothing is not fit for purpose.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. BAD QUALITY ITEMS. These people are scammers!!!!!!! They say they want to make it right and to email them. I have, they give excuse after excuse. The clothes do not look like the items online!! They are scamming people!!!!!!!! They will not give refunds to return because they know they are bad quality clothes!! Forced exchange.
I panicked as I read reviews after ordering and saw some bad ones. I started to think it was going to take ages to come and/or be rubbish quality. I was wrong. Just received the package, to be fair it did take over a week but that’s not bad, the quality is really good and I love the items. Exactly as they were on the website.
