Extremely disappointing experience
I submitted two items in separate lockers on Friday, 28/11/2025.
I anticipated they would be moved on Saturday.
I contacted customer service on Sunday.
They informed me that collection would occur the next day.
One item was moved.
I called about the remaining parcel and was told to check back in 24 hours.
Upon further investigation, I found that many items were vandalized, and this apparently occurred on Friday night.
I reached out to customer service again on Tuesday but received no clear answers.
I was advised to go online to file for compensation.
Overall, it has been a very poor experience, and I'm still trying to recover money for a lost parcel from October.
Fantastic service from the company. The communication was clear, and I received a notification when my parcel was ready for collection along with a provided code. I had no issues picking up my parcel from the chosen location. I would definitely use this service again.
I have used the service multiple times as a customer, and each time my parcel arrives in excellent condition, making collection easy. The time frame provided for collection is also quite reasonable. Overall, my experience has been positive! I haven't tried it as a seller yet, but it looks simple enough, so I plan to give it a shot.
Extremely disappointing experience when my parcel went missing. They won't refund you for your items despite having paid for them and providing the item costs during postage. They require proof of the items and search for any way to avoid giving you a refund. I will not be using this service again.
InPost is incredibly convenient and user-friendly, providing reassurance that your parcels will reach their intended destination. The only drawback is if the required draw size isn't available, but there are usually alternative locations nearby. Overall, a very positive experience! 👍
I have consistently had positive experiences. There was a time when I needed to reach out for assistance, and the process was quite straightforward and supportive. Although the QR code never functioned for me despite multiple attempts, it was still operational, so it didn't really affect my overall experience.
Everything had been functioning smoothly until the purchases made on 27th November. It seems that the day was particularly busy, and the courier couldn't find any available lockers. As a result, the items were sent back to the seller without my knowledge. The seller might receive the returned package and have my funds released to them if they're fortunate. The platform claims that I didn't click the 'I have an issue' button… but how could I do that if I was unaware of any problem? I'm shocked that this is permissible and I won't be using their services again.
