Great service, but a couple of issues.

I really enjoy using the service, but there are two concerns. The lockers near a local convenience shop become inaccessible when it rains due to flooding. Additionally, the lockers near a nearby station are too dark at night, making them feel quite isolated. These aspects could use some improvement! Otherwise, I find the service very easy to access and use. 🌟

Unacceptable Behavior from the Driver

The driver rang the doorbell, and as I was coming down the stairs, I heard my door handle being opened! When I confronted the driver, he denied it, but I clearly saw him, and I have a doorbell camera. He absurdly claimed he thought I had a conservatory. I felt insulted by his response. After handing over the package he came to collect, he apologized for opening my front door, confirming that he did indeed do so. This behavior is unsafe—what if I hadn't had a doorbell camera? What was his intention by touching my door handle? I'm very dissatisfied. He returned just three minutes later with another delivery, but my experience with the driver was extremely disappointing.

Previously Reliable, But Recent Issues

I have used the service many times and generally found it satisfactory. However, in the past few weeks, they have failed to locate two parcels in their system. One would think an automated process would prevent this. After reaching out to their automated customer support, they were unable to inform me about the whereabouts of the parcels or what happened to them in one of their sorting facilities. Additionally, there's a 25-day wait before they declare the parcels as lost. It's concerning how a service can misplace parcels.

An efficient and secure method for returns

An efficient, convenient, and secure way to handle returns. No labels needed, plenty of local drop-off points, plus reassurance and tracking for returns to the provider! This is definitely my top choice for returning items!

Address Confusion but Great Delivery Experience

There was an issue with my address, so the package was left in a Dropbox, which amusingly is located directly across the street from my original address. It seems the delivery service could benefit from better navigation skills!

Convenient Location and Easy Access

The locker is conveniently located within 100m of our home, which is fantastic. Accessing the product from the locker is incredibly simple. I also appreciate that the total cost for my daughter to send it to me, over 200 miles away, was just under £4.

Locker Availability Issues

The locker was at capacity, and I had two separate parcels to collect. Although you mentioned you would attempt to deliver again, it ended up taking five days. I've frequently used lockers in the past, but their reliability seems to have decreased compared to last year. The process should ideally be straightforward.

Initially considered a lower rating due to frequent emails, but service has been excellent

I initially thought about giving a four-star rating because of the numerous emails received, but the service has been impeccable so far, making it feel unjust to rate them lower. The level of efficiency is quite impressive compared to many other companies.

Recent Experience with Inpost Lockers

I was recently introduced to Inpost lockers through a platform. Receiving packages has been generally straightforward, though I had a minor challenge with a small item placed in a top-level locker. Being shorter in stature made it a bit tricky to retrieve, but it wasn't a major issue. I only tried to return an item through Inpost once. I followed all the instructions and, feeling a bit anxious, took photos of the item in the locker along with the information screen. Thankfully, I did, as the package went missing. I've been informed that I can take parcels to stores, which I will definitely opt for in the future.

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience
I submitted two items in separate lockers on Friday, 28/11/2025.
I anticipated they would be moved on Saturday.
I contacted customer service on Sunday.
They informed me that collection would occur the next day.
One item was moved.
I called about the remaining parcel and was told to check back in 24 hours.
Upon further investigation, I found that many items were vandalized, and this apparently occurred on Friday night.
I reached out to customer service again on Tuesday but received no clear answers.
I was advised to go online to file for compensation.
Overall, it has been a very poor experience, and I'm still trying to recover money for a lost parcel from October.
