The online process was quite complex, leading me to pay twice. However, once the support team clarified things for me, it went smoothly. I would have considered using the service again since it became easy once I understood it. The delivery was prompt, but unfortunately, it was very poor! My sister has a large gate with a doorbell, and no one rang it; the package was thrown over the gate and left in the rain until they discovered it. These were my sister's Christmas gifts. This was my first and last experience with this service; I will return to a different provider.

Sometimes, I even have to stand on my tiptoes to reach items that are a bit closer when the door opens. Apart from this, the service is quick for both sending and receiving.

I had to reach out to customer support, but the representative could only inform me that there was an issue with the delivery box. She mentioned that they would make one final attempt, but if it failed, the package would be returned. I expressed my concerns and requested to speak with a manager, but I never received a call. Eventually, the package arrived at the last possible moment, but it was soaked and damaged.
The process is straightforward and efficient. Just scan the code, select your locker size, place your parcel inside, and you're done—it's that simple. The only drawback was having to wait for a person who was posting multiple parcels, which took up the remaining lockers and cost me about 10 minutes.
The platform is straightforward to navigate, but I'm giving it 4 stars because they now allow only 48 hours for collection. Unfortunately, I have a parcel being returned to me because the buyer's QR code failed to work.
I rated 5 stars due to its convenience and the stress-free experience it offers. It's a welcome change compared to other delivery services like home delivery. I appreciate this method for delivery and returns. I'm really pleased with it.
Convenient to use, but I encountered problems with a recent parcel. I've been unwell and hadn't been going out, and I was unaware that the nearby shop had stopped accepting parcels. I ordered some boots and assumed they would be delivered to the same location. Unfortunately, my order was declined there. I understand the reasoning, but it would have been helpful if the parcel had been redirected to the nearest drop-off point just down the road. Instead, it was returned to the seller, and now it seems to be lost, leaving me out of pocket while the seller waits for its return.

I faced difficulties collecting my item as my code wasn't recognized. After multiple attempts, I received the same message. However, when I returned the next day and entered the order number, it worked. Just a heads up, they request the code, not the order number.
