I faced difficulties collecting my item as my code wasn't recognized. After multiple attempts, I received the same message. However, when I returned the next day and entered the order number, it worked. Just a heads up, they request the code, not the order number.
In my view, this is the best service available. The local shop is just a couple of minutes from my home. The staff are always helpful, respectful, and friendly. They stay open until 11 PM, allowing people to drop off parcels seven days a week. The printer is consistently functional, and there's a free barcode scanner. I highly recommend visiting this shop on Hoxton Street, right across from the supermarket, for a convenient and secure parcel drop-off. 👍😎🤗
The arrangement and collection process was seamless and highly efficient. However, my parcel was handled by a different service, which was quite poor. I received the usual tracking updates and chose to redirect my parcel to a nearby locker. Unfortunately, it was delayed or misplaced for six days. The tracking then indicated a problem, prompting me to reach out for assistance. The support team could not provide help, and I had to contact the other service, which was nearly impossible due to their ineffective customer service. Eventually, my parcel arrived at the locker, and I was able to retrieve it.
I had to visit four different locations just to return my item. The first location had the option, but it was malfunctioning. The second location had already removed it months ago. At the third location, the machine was entirely frozen, and the support team was unable to assist.
My recent experience has been extremely frustrating. Initially, my parcel was fine, but then it got stuck in a warehouse with no updates for over 14 days. Every time I reached out via email, I felt ignored. There were no updates at all. Suddenly, the parcel was delivered without any tracking information or an apology. It arrived looking as if it had been mishandled, completely damaged on the outside! I am absolutely livid, and every time I attempt to file a complaint, the system keeps indicating a fault.
The box containing my package was stuck, resulting in a 'couldn’t open compartment' error. I reached out to the support team and was informed that an engineer would be sent. However, when I returned later, my partner had to force the door open, and I encountered the same error again. I won't be trying this again.
Overall, the process went smoothly. The service is excellent; however, there are issues with parcel loss if I am unwell and unable to pick up. Unfortunately, this has resulted in lost packages for me. While it works well for most people's lifestyles, it may not be ideal for those with health conditions like mine, as the collection turnaround is quick, and if you are delayed, your parcels may be gone.
At one point, my parcel was misplaced, but the support team quickly located it! Their reassurance was outstanding! I received my collection code within 24 hours! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided! I will definitely recommend it to family and friends! A 5-star experience all around! 😀
I received the large black bag in a damaged condition, and I didn't retrieve all the packages from the box. The sender mentioned there were three small packages, but I only found one. Can I use the same code tomorrow to check if the other packages are available?
