I have been using this app for several years now and what I love is that it stores all clients making it so much quicker and easier invoicing being self employed.Customer service are always quick to respond and very helpful! Love this app, I couldn't work without it! Highly recommend ☺️
I joined just over a month ago, I purchased the lowest premium £4.99 i used it for a month and needed to the next one £9.99, the next day the took over £190 out of my bank account, I started a website chat they gave me £190 back the next day and promised me a free month (£9.99) up to today they gave £4.99 for compensation not the £9.99 as promised, I have battled for nearly a few with no joy!!!! JUST BE VERY CARFUL WEN YOU TAKE OUT A SUBSCRIPTION!!!!
The invoice template is the best on the market. We recently had a credit card dispute. You froze our accounts with pay pal. You limited our business intake. The customer since has removed his disputed and our accounts are still frozen. We are afraid to do any credit card transactions with this invoice app. You have not yet cleared our account. Very unfair. We do a bunch of credit card business with invoice simple.
