Absolute scam company. Been with them for around 7 years. Really average invoice app, but it was reasonably priced. Out of the blue, without any notification, they doubled the price. It’s just as well I checked and manage to cancel in time. I had been pushing them for years to offer the option for customers to remotely sign the estimate/invoice, funnily enough they now offer it, but guess what? Yes you have to pay 10x the annual subscription if you want to use the feature. You even have to pay triple the subscription if you want to get 3 estimates signed…..yes that’s right 3!!!!! Their loss, I use Zoho invoices now. It’s totally FREE and it’s far far superior.
I have been a user since 2016 and never thought i would have to leave but the dramatic increase in pricing is just ridiculous from around £3 a month to £20 a month for the same level of use i had from the app yesterday.
Started a subscription in July but it wasn’t for us so cancelled within 7 days . However still took £6.99 each month even though it was cancelled. Emailed today with proof of cancellation but still took money . Emailed them asking for £27.96 back that they stole but they replied saying no refunds ! Total scammers beware
