I have been using this app for a long time now and it's getting better and better with every update. It helps keep my small business running efficiently and conveniently. Also their customer service is top notch and they are very responsive to any questions or problems I may encounter. Highly recommend for any construction business!
It would be great to be able to send the invoice to the customer straight from the app without having to click "get link" copy and text that. We should be able to just hit send and the actual invoice send without going straight to the payment page - it confuses a lot of people and they don't actually see the invoice then.
I have been using invoice simple for 7+ years & always paid through Google play. Started off at £29.99 then slowly went up to £57.99 a year. I am now having messages from invoice simple to say they want another £199 pound out of me. I googled what I would be entitled to through payment through google pay & assured that I would still have unlimited invoices, but not according to invoice simple, I am entitled to 10 invoices or pay the extra, which on to off what I have already paid, will amount to £259 for an extra 8 invoices I will need a month for my clients
I have been with Invoice Simple for nearly 5 years Just recently in May 2025 I renewed my agreement with them for unlimited invoices for 12 months. However like the rest of the reviews here they decided to limit my invoices to 10 per month halfway through my subscription. The only way to continue is to upgrade and pay another £200 Very underhand and I will not continue to do business with them. This screams of a company desperately trying to raise cash and treating existing customers with absolute distain.Customer service repeatedly tell me that I can still use the service however, they sold me a train ticket to all train stations for 12 months after six months limited me to zone one when I work in zone six! This makes the company look desperate and will come back to bite them on the bum no doubt. your reply is as generic as your customer service answers you have acted almost criminally.
thought they were value for money for what i need. but invoice simple made the decision to delete the plan i was on so limiting my invoicing even though i paid 8 months ago for 12 month subscription and now forced to pay for premirum for for £149.99 which is triple from what i was paying for
