After purchasing the plus plan found that it was insufficient and tried to upgrade but system tried to double charge.When asked for assistance they SAID it wouldn't charge me it would only shorten my current plan however in order to upgrade I HAD TO AGREE TO THE 199. CHARGE which is 146.13 MORE THAN THE ANNUAL PLAN FOR PREMIUM.so I have canceled account and will be seeking other services.You would think a company would WANT you to remain a customer but they are more into getting money anyway they can.Piss poor customer service.
Has become the worst app in history, prompts me to upgrade to premium when already paying premium, limiting my usage, has problems syncing between devices automatically have wasted hours trying to fix bug issues with no help from incompetent staff hardly works when you need it the most trying to rely on this for business is risky.
I’ve been with this company many many years although I’ve not used my invoice simple I’ve paid for it for years they told me they are putting the price up I tried to engage with them to explain my situation they were not interested basically said they are increasing my charges anyway and sent me the link on how to cancel very poor customer services I asked for a manager and was fobbed off as it is run by foreigners who just read the script so no point wasting your money on this app I’m going to cancel and save my money now sad as I always recommend this app to everyone all my contractors 🙈
This company has completely ripped my off!!!! I’ve been using them for a few years and suddenly my account was charged over $100 and I’ve tried to cancel and they are not refunding my money. Just keep emailing me generic email links saying they don’t offer refunds at all. I will be going to the ACCC about this. I can’t believe they would do this in such a financially rough time. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
Attempted to cancel sub 2 weeks before next charge ($40/m - half the price of xero for a docx editor...), webapp cancellation did nothing, support responded to my email but just told me to get lost.Been with em for years, I guess they sold off at some point and current owners are just trying to milk every last customer.Avoid and have your bank charge back any payments you can as soon as possible.Update 18/04 - it seems support has decided to act on this and has reversed the charge. I'm still waiting on email confirmation that the subscription has actually been cancelled (their web app subscription cancellation does not work - tried twice now).Will update review if this all goes to plan - for now it stays as this should not be this hard.
I was paying £12.99 a month in the end from what started as £1.99.... I was then blocked from making an invoice this month as I had made 10.... yes just 10 for £12.99!! I then cancelled and left them. After years of using them, they are just greedy now.
