Review Time
The invoice template is the best on the market. We recently had a credit card dispute. You froze our accounts with pay pal. You limited our business intake. The customer since has removed his disputed and our accounts are still frozen. We are afraid to do any credit card transactions with this invoice app. You have not yet cleared our account. Very unfair. We do a bunch of credit card business with invoice simple.
I enjoy how simple it is to create, send, and track invoices. There is also quick access to see outstanding and owing bills, along with dates sent, due, and overdue.I don't enjoy how all current, new, and future updates are being pay-walled. And while the price continues to climb approx. 25% year over year, I am getting less and less for that. We've also had access to included features taken away with no notice, to be put behind additional fees. Overall: it is a good, easy phone/desktop app that allows me (currently) to do most of the things I need it to for my business. But I worry about the skyrocketing cost + the claw back of features.
