Review Time
I've been with invoice simple for 5 years now. It's a great platform and helps my clients pay with ease. I just wish their system errors every now and again would stop. As an example I just paid for 1 year and then 2 weeks later told I cant send any more invoices unless I move to premium. I've got enough pressures work, large family and bills. I dont need this once or 5 times a year. Please fix this error.
Cancelled my subscription a year ago to find they never Cancelled it, continuing to take money out of my account and their customer service is just an ai that replies to emails with basic prompts. Can't cancel subscription and can't get through to a human via customer service. Avoid at all costs!
Ive been using this app for over 10 years and has never let me down there are so many extras compared to the more expensive apps and its an app that let's you do as little or greater as yoy like .And if you have issues their tech team are the a message away for help
Please read the reviews before you spend your money, the price is double than what they are stating on their website. I used the invoice one time, and then the second time that I tried to use it, they said that my invoice didn’t go through and they gave me a different price. I have a small business so I only use 1 invoice per month, but I won’t be using their services anymore and I will be disputing the charges on Monday with my Bank.
