I did 8 Renault's for these and came very close to giving 5 stars as payments were prompt and had no problems. But I don't think Renault would be very happy if they knew the way there assignments are advertised they've just added about 80/new shops but all the dates are empty you just can't reply and out of all of them there was 5 with dates on so I got given 2 to do but the others were declined saying it doesn't meet my profile when I had top marks for my past ones and these are different locations. My sister has the same problem. It's pretty obvious they are only allowing 2 or 3 to be done out of 80 so they pay less money to shoppers but still get paid by Renault. I bet Renault don't know this tho...
I've done shops for these for years. Used to be ok when was gfk cybershop. These days the website is rubbish. You have to do tests before you cam do some assignments but there doesn't appear to be anyway to view guidelines before you do test so just have to keep guessing the answers until get it right. Then you do a shop and these days I cam guarantee every time they will find something to complain and nit pick about. Ipsos is a global research and consulting company that also extended its service in the mystery shopping sector via ishopforIpsos. Unfortunately, it relies on a massive group of independent consultants that in recent times could not maintain delivery and level of quality in their briefing notes, as well as ensuring changes are highlighted well in advance to support the shoppers who generally wanted to improve the experience of the general public and their clients' processes. It seems like this is consistent based on Trustpilot review feedback. Hopefully, there is an improvement plan in place to recover for ishopforipsos.
Very poor excuse for not giving me the task money. I should have asked a certain question which I was not briefed about. Still waiting over 3 weeks for reimbursement of expenses. Not a company that I would like to go forward with. Why don't they look at themselves as to why there are so many poor reports. Ipsos actually need a mystery shopper report doing on them.
UPDATE - Finally got a reply & satisfactory response after a month of solid chasing and seeking legal advice / confirming I would issue small claim proceedings. Quality control told me that there were some training issues in the way the tasks had been set out for the customer & payment was made as a gesture of goodwill. My comments below & heading still stand unfortunately, where I had recommended people to participate in the past I no longer do! --------------I have completed a few tasks for them now & was told one has been rejected because I sent the wrong size parcel. I spent a long time meticulously checking my parcel size & indeed went back to the instructions I was provided with to see that I did as THEY instructed me to do. I am chasing for more than a week now to get their attention to this fact & now when I check the online platform they seem to have marked another task I did as zero payment instead of this. Total incompetence & lack of care for the people who are doing this for them. I’m very disappointed & would love to get a response from someone to fix this or know who actually regulates these people so I can make a formal complaint down that route.
Today, Diana Paone decided to ban my account after doing 280 shops with no issues because the answers for the electronic shop that I completed are similar to previous shops I have done. Its funny because you can only click the answers that ipsos provides yet they are similar...... hmmm. Also its for a new device thats coming on the market and the device company wants to know how knowledgable the associstes are so of course they are gonna say the features that the company wants them to know. I mean what kind of clown company hires this lady as the manager ..... I did everything in the guidelines and yet im at fault here because I did exactly what was asked of me.
