This business is a scam

This business is a scam. Buyers be aware. My first shipment was lost, and I was offered a store credit. they refused to offer cash refund. I used the store credit to make another purchase, but I have never heard of any shipment update even after 3 weeks. I requested refund but was rejected, then never heard from them. I don't understand why we should pay for something which will never be delivered. total scam and money lost. This business does not even provide a registered name or phone number.

Waste of time.

You know you’ve made a mistake when the first email tells you this is gonna take a while. And so it has, here I am weeks after I placed my order and the only thing I’ve received is an email. Absolute waste of time. I’ve gone elsewhere and paid again as I needed a watch band.

iStrap Case Protector…

I purchased the iStrap Case Protector ($39.99) to keep my Apple Watch safe, but the build quality is underwhelming. After very light use/normal use, the case showed significant scratching and wear. When I reached out to support, I was told this is "by design" to protect the watch. While I understand the concept of a sacrificial barrier, the material used here degrades far too quickly for a premium-priced accessory. For $40, I expected a more durable finish. Customer service offered no resolution other than suggesting I buy a different product (the Bumper Case). I’d recommend looking elsewhere for better durability.

iSTRAP has a great online store and has a huge variety of watch bands it was so hard to choose which ones I wanted to buy as I wanted them all! Great shopping experience thanks

legal actions will be taken if not rectified

i have left numerous emails and have tried to contact them in instagram only to be blocked. bullsh*t company that owes me a watch band. refund me or ill go further with legal actions

Dodgy goods, advertising and no return or refund

I should have read these reviews before purchasing. Company refused to receive a return on a metal watch band that clearly won’t fit a small wrist, even with links removed. This was not pointed out on advertising. As item was a “sale” item they claim it’s not their policy to return unfit goods or refund.Blatantly dishonest and deceptive conduct. Avoid them like the plague.

I would give istrap zero stars but I…

I would give istrap zero stars but I had to select one to write this review, they need to better advertise that if you buy something on special you can’t exchange it as now I have wasted $127 and all I want to do is change it to one size bigger. Worst customer service ever, never buying from here again.

Bought 3 braided straps supposedly all the same size sadly all different. The worst thing was I was charge tax and vat adding £45 to my costs was definitely not worth it!

"love it or return it": LIE

Clearly advertise "love it or return it" is not true. Will not be honoured.Attempt to return item on day or receipt.Returns process is difficult and time consuming, and doomed to failure.Misleading/deceiving.

If I could give 0 I would, as a once regular buyer this time. I had a very disappointing experience with iStrap regarding an exchange request. I purchased a product based on their sizing chart, which turned out to be inaccurate, and the item I received was too small. I contacted iStrap to request an exchange for the correct size and was even willing to pay the return and postage costs myself.Despite the correct size NOT being out of stock and the product being unused and in original condition, iStrap refused to offer an exchange solely because the item was purchased “during a sale”. There was no flexibility or genuine attempt to resolve the issue.Hiding behind a “sale items are final” policy makes zero sense if the product is still available, particularly when the sizing chart was misleading and an exchange (not a refund) would have resolved the issue easily. For a company selling a sizing-dependent product, this approach to customer service is disappointing.I won’t be purchasing from iStrap again and would advise others to be very cautious when ordering especially during sales.
