I’ve unfortunately had a really disappointing experience with istrap. After receiving three watch bands which were unfortunately too small, I tried exchanging under their ‘love it or swap it’ policy. I was told by their support team that ‘promotional’ orders are not eligible for returns. Bearing in mind that I paid full price for all three watch straps and only paid half price for a screen protector (which turned out to be awful quality and was chipped and cracked within a day) - a saving of less than $10. At the time I tried exchanging these straps, I rebutted their unhelpful email with their own policy which they have since (deceitfully) taken off their website: “items received free as part of a promotion cannot be returned or exchanged”. Not mentioning items that have been paid full price for. They did not respond. I was only wanting to exchange these watch straps for a different size but instead, was met with extremely disappointing, unhelpful service.
Purchased 2 new watch bands, only 1 turned up n bag wasn't even closed properly, I contacted company and attached a pic and this was part of their reply.......If you're certain the Plum Ocean Band is missing after double-checking, don't stress—just head to our Returns Portal and submit a claim for the missing item as per our store policy. We're here to make sure you get everything you ordered!Now as I am not an idiot because obviously it was missing and there was nothing to check, how condescending and treated like a moron. It was my first and last purchase with them. I lodged a claim the following day, and have had no reply, disgusting customer service. UPDATED DECLINEDHi, thanks for raising this request. We can confirm that all items were shipped and included in your parcel delivered on 19/11. As a result, we're not able to provide the refund requested.So because they say it was shipped it's now my problem and I'm out of pocket......Shop at STRAPIFY people
Terrible service and blatantly misleading marketing. Their website promises next-day delivery for orders over a certain amount, and my invoice clearly states “next-day delivery.” Four days later, my order still hasn’t arrived and customer service is now claiming the items are “made to order.” They insist this was stated on the website and in my confirmation emails - it wasn’t. The response feels dismissive and evasive, with zero accountability for the misleading information or the delay.
The quality of the product is terrible! I took some links out to fit the right size then attached it to my Apple Watch, it ended up bending while sliding it into each side and then wouldn’t close! I contacted them directly and they replied with, sorry nothing we can do! Terrible customer service and terrible quality do not buy
Faulty product. Metal fastener rusted in less than a month.Only offered a store credit to purchase another, despite quoting my rights for a refund under Australian Consumer Law for any business globally selling products to Australians.Terrible product, even worse service.EDIT: iStrap have responded to my review here. However a store credit does not meet my rights to a refund back to my nominated payment method.My most recent email on 1st of July requesting a refund instead of a credit has not been replied to.I took perfect care of my product. I had it for one month and wore it as intended.
