Clear & Honest AdviceWe are so happy with the fantastic service we have received from Tim Mossa he is such a genuine, honest and kind person. We were having issues with other broker plus problems with our electric metre being addressed to the wrong property but with Tim's extremely helpfulness and expertise knowledge he managed to get all sorted for us and obtain a good 2 year contract. Clear and open adviceI spoke with Peter Holmes and Corey Wade on the back of a very poor experience with my previous broker. Naturally I was very cautious but both Peter and Corey were clear and open with their advice and their support and helped me to get the 1 year contract that I wanted with no automatic sign up which is where I had been messed with previously.
Excellent experience with Corey. We were aware that we were paying over the odds on our previous contract, but based on the prices quoted the contract he has obtained has reduced our costs by approx 30%. I did look at other quotes and his was certainly the best. He and the team were pleasant to deal with and when asked to look at costs for other sites in the group were prepared to say that they could not improve on the existing contracts. I'll be happy to have them look at these when they fall due for renewal.
IUA have been working with our Charity for several years now. They are my absolute go to organisation when it comes to needing advice about my energy costs and bills.
