Jack went over and beyond

I have been speaking to Jack Conway back and forth about my energy contract and he mentioned I shouldn't have been paying a CCL charge on my bill, he sent me a form to fill in and done all the leg work speaking to my supplier and got me a nice rebate on 4 years of CCL charges. Can't thank him enough fo his help.

They managed to save me a shed load of money by advising me to sign a fixed deal earlier this year. Everything was professional and an easy change over. Nowadays I get the odd courtesy call just checking that things are going okay. Nothing pushy. I would recommend them.
