IUA were part of a tender process for our energy contracts this year and Harvey Gill was absolutely brilliant throughout. As well as Harvey's professionalism, the concise and regular updates as well as honest and clear advice led to us choosing IUA out of the possible companies instructed to tender.I would very much recommend IUA as a solution to energy procurement.
Lied in order to get us to sign a contract with a promise of 'flexing the contract' after two years which was apparently allowed due to their special relationship with Corona. When asked to flex as rates had fallen I was ghosted. When I followed their complaints procedure I never got a response. Lied about why they couldn't tell me how much they were making from the contract. Failed to send our VAT and Climate Change Levy forms to the supplier and then failed to help when I informed them so I had to deal with it myself. Staff were repeatedly rude to our receptionist. Their staff steal customer data when they leave and so you get even more nuisance calls. I will be content if this review prevents even one person signing up with these charlatans.
