so far its a scam, I have been trying out cash out and or upload my documents or just speak to someone, so far I have not been able to get my winnings outno one has replied to my emails and they will not allow me to upload any identification if any of this changes I will change my revue and 5star.
I had purchased a visa gift card which I have used before for 25$ and made a deposit. It failed, I tried again. it failed. Again and it failed. So I try on other sites and it fails. So look up the card on Visa site and it's activated and showing the deposits at jackpot are pending which is locking it up from being used anywhere else. So I contact a live agent and I responded less than 2 seconds. It was probably 2 minutes after that I get another response. I explain what is going on and again minutes before response. Then asks me if it's correct I want to close my account. I requested to cancel those transactions so I can use it elsewhere. After 15-20 minutes of his stalling me games,I left the chat. Now my account is closed. Regret giving them my money previously. Brutal experience. Don't deserve your money.
Did not think it was good business your site said June 30 then you use the words interact but the money is still with you but you saying it has been released but too who???? Interac just transfers money they don't hold it for anytime ...faster payouts and less bushit and running around .... never had to wait this long I don't like that you took my money instantly no waiting ... we want the same and ther sites offer it now .... so I'll go back and play them
I had a little win so I went and done a withdraw through swift transfer. As my credit card wasn’t accepted. 1 week passed and i still did not received my money. Prior to this I had already verified my account when I had joined.2 weeks had passed and still I had not received my money. After finding away to contact customer service, I then get told that they have withheld my funds due to my account needing to be verified (Again) due to the amount of money I was withdrawing. Sent all documents through. I have now been waiting for 3 weeks come Friday. Account is verified but now I have to wait another 3 to 7 days for funds to clear.I will not be playing through this site again. Communication is poor and payouts are SLOW
