No existing customer support.

No existing customer support.Their systems are broken and don't work/detect properly.Loads of false bans spreading false stats and you can't even contact them. Everything is automated and they do not care. Pathetic excuse of a company

Absolutely trashiest customer support…

Absolutely trashiest customer support ever seen in 20 years of gaming.It is impossible to contact them. Even after making a support ticket about my account, not only did I not get informed that there was a a reply, I only got an email that the ticket is going to be closed because there is no reply from me. But that's only a start. The email seems to contain link to the ticket, but it leads nowhere. The raised support ticket is impossible to findThere's also no live support, the web domain is such a convoluted mess that contains no valuable info and might send you on circles back and forth.Absolutely disgusting

OSRS stinks they treat you like Garbage like the F2p players that beg & can't make 3mill gp if you got nothing to lose as F2p fine want my advice find another game it won't be nostalgic f2p are toxic & with 110k players its losing funding I could monitor stocks, encourage newbies you banned once when it wasn't my fault I got reported on my 29th birthday on Aug 5 because I logged on & defended myself from harassment it's fine you don't care ban this fool right?

Deleted Account

Jagex deleted my account saying I "admitted" to being underage, which isn't true. I offered to show my ID, but all they did was not respond. I spent a lot of money on this account, and I've had it for years. Jagex only bans real people, and I've never seen them actually ban bots. Some people think some of the bots are theirs, and that's why they never get banned.

Absolute trash

Absolute trash. On my main account, I'm glad that I don't have to use this kind of mess and can just login to RuneLite. But with a new account, I MUST use the Jagex launcher and it's horrible, because on whichever computer I use, all the time I start up the computer, the launcher doesn't work, repairing doesn't most of the time work, so first must remove, then install again, set account again, so once I can play we are 15 minutes ahead!!

Lost my account due to dump alias email…

Lost my account due to dump alias email change. Been in email contact swung around while offering undeniably proof the account is mine. Even called my bank for details of payments made years ago and they will not help me at all. One Mod even asked me to answer these questions on email and then after my full on detailed email they simple referred me to the system to recover the account while not even looking at the proof. I am so disappointed Mod Jake and Mod Jakhar if someone likes to help please do so
