Horrible Company

Seems its very difficult to get a hold of jagex when it comes to appealing 'unappealable' bans. Kind of crazy they just ban you out of the blue for something no quesitons asked. Crazy because even the worst murders still get trials and chances to appeal. Goes to show how jagex only cares about money. They'll just put an AI bot to auto deny any appeals you send out because 'its too expensive' for their staff to follow all the appeals. in other words its too expensive to actually have a support system in place

Great game, dog water customer service

False banned on my account. It was a premiere membership with over 100 days of membership remaining. I tried to get in touch with someone to review my ban but no one responded to my inquiries or appeal. It wasn’t until I submitted a ticket to refund the remaining membership on my account. They didn’t refund the days and refused to provide more details on the false ban. I requested all three of my accounts’ membership to be cancelled. I followed up about half a dozen times and received no response.A month later my card was charged for membership even though I requested cancellation. I had to open another ticket to obtain a refund and Jagex finally cancelled all three of my memberships. Still no acknowledgment concerning my false ban. So unfortunate that I was a dedicated customer for years until this entire situation ruined all of those years. You lost a loyal customer Jagex. Truly fumbled this.

Jagex developers sems to be toxic…

Jagex developers sems to be toxic scammers. They bans every negative review or criticism on Steam forum regarding their broken product game "SCUM".Any one critic comment or post is banned one by one. This developer is only focused on taking money from customers and selling broken stuff.I have never seen before such toxic developers activity on community forums.

Can't even know what's wrong cause jagex refuse to reply

Purchased a bond, not two hours later my ip is blocked from the account center plus the support center, which means I can't even submit a ticket or report the issue. Still can't figure out why as i only use mobile, and the same wifi. The Twitter support team also ignored me.

Jagex is literaly useless to help with account problem,especially support team.Got muted for responding with toxic to toxic flaming.Of course i got caught and the other guy just keeps shitting on with no mute.No live supportUseless AI sup with no clear instructions what to do

What a joke where to begin, before I start if you're thinking of contacting Jagex for any reason understand in 2024 they still do NOT have a customer service team!No Live chat No Contact centreNo Common senseSo I wanted to do the simplest of requests. Remove an email/account that I don't use / never used.Now the account I wanted removed had the following conditions:The email I sent the request from was the account I wanted to remove.They then gave me 72 hours to cancel my request.I sent it to the email I wanted to remove.... nothing to do with my main account.Now because I was logged into my main account when I sent this email they decided to delete this account? Due to me being logged in and playing.Again makes no sense they should have emailed the account they were set up to close. Right?So I played both versions of the game got max on one of them, and poof all gone, forever. No way of getting my account back apparently with no compensation for the same time I had left on my account, I even had a year's subscription.They took my money all my hours and gold achieved.Terrible service I've never been banned, botted, or brought third-party services.Don't trust these people with your money time or services they employ people who make mistakes and won't amend them due to their processes.10/10 Worst Customer service available, company must not make a profit to employ competent people.

Jagex stealing main accounts from players

I can no longer access any of my accounts after 17 years of playing... calling the password and f2a requirements egregious are an understatement for an online game. If I came to have fun the money involved drags any and all sense of it out due to the war on bots that will never be won. So let players suffer. That's a great solution...as I said... I can't even access my 2000+ acc with 500M bank... thanks jagex...

bro what is with this jagex no one is reply on support when you ask something only thing they do i thinking about how to scam people to earn money by deleting accounts fdor no reason when you sent them a mail nobody is replying thinking about quiting runescape! jagex do something about your support

No customer service. My account got false banned and I lost my bought membership on top of the account. Disgraceful.
