Very easy to set up

Very easy to set up. Took a while to completely add to mine and my husbands phone. Maybe about 30 minutes but after that and resetting our phones we had no issues. Connection was great and we didn’t have any data issues with the esim. Came back home and turned the eSIM off and also did not have any issues

Confusion abounds

The ESim was impossible for me to figure out. So I stayed with AT&T. Also, purchasing the Shinkansen ticket through your site was also very confusing to redeem & a ticket clerk was kind enough to help. (And even he was having trouble) So in the future, I will not use Japan Experience!

Better Product

For such an expensive card, it should be laminated and not paper. To charge almost $100 for a replacement is unfair.

Did not received things in time

Pass did not come in time ended up having to use the other but wasted a few days of it. Ultimately paid out of pocket and had to adjust my trip on the fly. Reached out the team and had to follow up days later just to request a refund.

Un desastre.Hemos probado la SIM en dos teléfonos diferentes, Samsung y Xiaomi, ambos android y con capacidad para dos tarjetas SIM y no hubo forma de que funcionara.Probamos intercambiando las tarjetas 1 y 2 en ambos aparatos. Sin éxito.Probamos a desactivar la SIM original. Sin éxitoAl final tuvimos que ir a una tienda del aeropuerto a comprar otra SIM que funcionara.La instalaron e inmediatamente todo funcionó.La persona que nos atendió en la tienda nos dijo que había visto más casos como el nuestro últimamente.Solicitaré un reembolso, a ver qué me cuentan.A disaster.We tried the SIM card in two different phones, Samsung and Xiaomi, both Android and with capacity for two SIM cards, and there was no way to get it to work.We tried swapping cards 1 and 2 in both devices. No success.We tried deactivating the original SIM card. No luck.In the end, we had to go to a shop at the airport to buy another SIM card that worked.They installed it and everything worked immediately.The person who helped us at the shop told us that they had seen more cases like ours lately.I will request a refund and see what they say.
