Clearer instructions on the QR code…

Clearer instructions on the QR code would be helpful. Definitely need data as they turn away screenshots of the pass. My pass was declined for this reason and I got confusing information from the train staff. Eventually I figure out they needed to see the countdown and was allowed through. They even pointed to Klook app and seemed unfamiliar with Japan Experience.

Convenient train pass, find other data sim for a reliable experience. The JR pass is excell

The JR pass is excellent and we didn’t had any issues. But the sim card internet is mostly too slow even for simple navigation, it fails to load in your most critical time, too slow, and unreliable.
