Great Visit Experience with Room for Improvement in E-Ticket Support

The visit itself, as well as the overall decorations, were absolutely stunning, and I truly enjoyed the experience once inside.Unfortunately, I encountered an issue on the day of the visit due to a problem with my phone, which prevented me from accessing my e-ticket. As a result, I went to the Japan Experience location several hours before my scheduled time to seek assistance. Although I provided all the required booking details, the administrative staff were unable to locate my ticket in the system.This led to a significant inconvenience, as I then had to find a computer elsewhere to access my email and retrieve the e-ticket myself. Given that my time in Tokyo was very limited, losing half a day in this way was particularly frustrating.I hope that, in the future, the process for retrieving customer tickets in the system can be improved, especially for situations where customers face technical issues with their phones. This would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
