Joom, first time order, never again!

On the 18th of July I ordered a CAR PART from Joom.Today my wife received the package, which contained a ‘pair of white ladies panties’.I will never order again from Joom, and I will be publishing this on social media. A total disgrace!And now I start the lengthy process of trying to return the item and trying to get my correct item.

Scam! Wish i would have read the reviews before

After i finally got a reaction on my trust pilot review they wrote my i dont know how many emails and i to them and still no solution. The only thing i want is to return two pants which are totally different from the picture and bad quality. They asked me to take pictures, for my details many times and still i can't return! I wish i would have read the reviews before as even internet says a lot of people are dealing with the same issues.

Would avoid in future

Terrible experience overall. First I waited 4 weeks for my order to arrive in the UK, to only received a garment with size way off compared to their size guide. Chest was off by 10cm and length by 7cm. The process to request refund or exchange is very lengthy and they requested proof in the form of pictures and videos that the item was not as described. Takes days for their customer representative to reply to only offer 50% off and keep the item which I agreed to but when I got to accept the refund I was awarded points which can be spent only on their website. Useless really as I already purchased a bigger size days prior. I have no use for these points so basically money down the drain.They are now telling me that they cannot reverse the points back to a refund. What a scam! Needless to say I have contacted my bank and provided all the relevant information for a charge back to my account. Fingers crossed. In the meantime I would advise you to stay away as I will from now on. As a result of my review Joom made an exception and refunded me the money, however I still believe the whole experience is left to be desired. I would not be a returning customer just because of how long it took to resolve a simple issue, especially that I waited over 3 weeks for my order.

Many interesting things and very Creative.I LOVE the complementos like purses,sunglasses and the most original jwelery I,ve never seen.Clothes and shoes are too risky to buy online, but I,m very Happy with my staff.b
