No news on order status (>3 months). Impossible to reach customer support.

I ordered products in May 2025 (>250 euro in value) and paid in advance. I received a message that the products were sent the day after. No news since then (now August 2025), and I am unable to track the order online. The track and trace link leads to "oops, page doesn't exist" error. Customer service is terrible: there is no e-mail address of phone number to contact, and the web form that you need to fill in, does not even send a confirmation of receipt or a copy that the form was filed. I have filled in the form 3x in the meantime, and still no reaction (> 3 weeks!!) in spite of a message that they would reply within 12h. In the past, orders did arrive although with a delay of sometimes 1-2 months. There does not seem to be any possibility to get your money back.

Havent received the item that I ordered…

Havent received the item that I ordered but is marked as delivered. The issue also is that I ordered without creating an account, and they are forcing to create one to just chat with them wich is non sense. Practically I cannot get any kind of support in this matter so is lost money.

dodgy company AVOID

dodgy company do not use them, no refunds, awful quality products, clothing had holes in them, blatant lies about what jewellery is made of...update after their reply, they are refusing to give a refund despite many e mails and many photos. They offered 50% refund after seeing photos of an item with holes in it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Scam…

Ordered for the first time an article more than a month ago (18 juni). I got nothing. Plus no way to contact them. Absolute scam. Update: I indeed received an email with the pick-up point adress where my package is, just that I received it too late, almost a month late. Mind you that I was expecting the package to my home adress, anyway, package arrived there on 7 July, and I got no notification about it, when I went to pick it up on 2 August, of course the package has been sent back. So I am keeping my statement: a disgrace of a service!
