Terrible and indifferent customer service , website return system, dysfunctional and terrible product.The answer I received was "you can return it to the seller in China by 13 June 2025 as part of the cancellation process. However, the return costs will be at your expense." which of course would be impossible

Good support, trust is based on products though

The support was helpful and managed to restore the state of the database for my orders as well as process the complaint. It is weird though to make the database state dependent on app being installed, considering that orders can be made from the web browser without an app installed. Also , what mattered in this case is that I didn't get the item I was looking for.
